Flight Simulator 1 - Doors

The doors are now built and installed. The frame of the doors are made of 2x4’s and they are covered by 1/8” hardboard. Inside each door is a 43” 4K display. The interior side of each door has a cutout for the display and the cutout is covered by a thin sheet of acrylic.

There are two large hinges on each door which attach them to the main structure. Not too crazy about those. Might end up replacing them with piano hinges instead.
